Closing of electoral registration: 43 parties eligible to participate, although the visibility of potential candidates is still limited.

The deadline for registering political organizations in the Registry of Political Organizations (ROP) expired on April 12. With the registration process now closed, 43 parties have been approved to participate in the upcoming elections, effectively eliminating more than 30 groups that were still in the final stages of registration.
